Why do we have several answers to one question in our judiciary? Why are our judges disgracing us just for a plate of porridge? I thought we have a guide which is our constitution? Where they not well trained to interpret our constitution? Why would a law in Port Harcourt be changed in Lagos? Why would our courts be filled with inconsistencies in our legal interpretations? The tribunal in Imo State maintains that the absence or inefficiency of a card reader cannot invalidate an election while the another tribunal in Rivers state in the same country, using the same constitution and electoral act and being governed by the same law maintained that the absence and or inefficiency of a card reader invalidates an election. As if that was not enough, the controversial tribunal in Taraba state which saw nothing wrong in sitting in Abuja instead of Taraba disgracefully declared an APC candidate winner as against the dictates of the constitution. The tribunal ruled against the primaries that was held in Abuja while the high court ruled in favour of the election, in the same country , using the same constitution and being guided by the same law. Am ashamed of of the wrath the APC government is exposing Nigeria to. It's high time Nigerians learn to use their rights effectively, under normal circumstances, We the Nigerians are supposed to have persuaded our legislators to proceed with the impeachment of this government because they have failed beyond repair. The earlier we boot Apc out of our country, the better for us, delay will definitely be dangerous #impeachbuharinow.
